Are you interested in joining our award winning competition team?

We would love to have YOU join us!

To become a member of our competition team, dancers must participate in our Audition Intensive July 28-31 where they will learn from our instructors, work vigorously on technique, and learn their audition combinations. The Intensive will culminate with company auditions on that Thursday, July 31st from 5-9pm.  If you are interested in auditioning for our competition team or would like to speak with us directly but cannot make our audition week, email Jen at mykcdanceco@gmail.com to set up a private audition and an information session.
 
AUDITION BREAKDOWN
5-6p   Age 4-6
5:30-6:30   Age 7-9
6:30-7:30  Age 10-12
7:30-9  Age 13+
*age is based on age of dancer after January 1, 2023

Dancers should arrive and warm up immediately as we will start promptly at these times with the audition combinations they learned during the Audition Intensive  

Audition attire: black leotard, no tights, hair secured in bun (neatly pulled), light makeup.
Please bring ballet, jazz, tap shoes.
 
Results will be posted at the studio on Friday, August 1st by 5:00pm.
Informational parent meeting TBD
Company classes will begin Monday, August 11th.
Dancer contracts with all signatures must be returned to the studio by parent meeting.
